3. Our website

This website is provided for general information, marketing, enquiry and service-related purposes. We may update, amend, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, browser or system.

4. Services

We provide and arrange services including, without limitation:

  • maintenance;

  • cleaning;

  • refurbishment;

  • call-outs;

  • quoted works; and

  • recurring services.

The website may be used to request information, submit enquiries, request quotations, make service-related contact and, where enabled, place orders or bookings.

At present, many services will be dealt with on a quotation or enquiry basis. If direct online booking or online payment is introduced for a particular service, any additional service-specific terms presented at the point of booking or checkout will also apply.

5. No automatic acceptance of work

An enquiry, form submission, quote request or website message does not amount to our acceptance of any instruction or booking.

Any quotation, proposal, service scope, schedule, booking confirmation or other written communication we issue forms part of the overall agreement between us and the client.

6. Quotations and pricing

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • quotations are based on the information available at the time;

  • quotations may be subject to survey, inspection, access and confirmation of actual site conditions;

  • prices may change if the scope changes, if further work is required, if additional materials or labour are needed, or if unforeseen issues arise;

  • any estimate or indication given before a full assessment is for guidance only; and

  • additional works, variations, remedial items, hidden defects, access issues or delays may result in additional charges.

Where a price has not been expressly agreed in writing, any charge will be assessed on a reasonable basis by reference to the work carried out.

7. Customer obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date;

  • we are given sufficient information to understand the required services;

  • safe and timely access is provided where work is to be carried out;

  • the relevant site, area or property is suitable and ready for the agreed work;

  • any restrictions, hazards, permissions, building rules, access arrangements, permits or special conditions are disclosed in advance;

  • any files, plans, photographs or videos you send to us may lawfully be used by us for the purpose for which they are supplied; and

  • you have authority to instruct us where the property or site is not your own.

8. Service delivery

Any timescales, target dates, attendance windows or completion dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing.

We may use employees, subcontractors, suppliers or specialist third parties in delivering services.

We may refuse, suspend or stop work where:

  • the site is unsafe;

  • access is unavailable;

  • information provided is materially inaccurate;

  • necessary approvals are missing;

  • payment terms are not met; or

  • there is abusive, threatening or improper conduct.

9. Changes, delays and unforeseen circumstances

Building, maintenance and property-related work can be affected by matters outside our control, including hidden defects, weather, supplier delays, access restrictions, occupancy issues, health and safety concerns or third-party delays.

Where such issues arise, we may revise the scope, timing, price or method of delivery as reasonably necessary.

10. Payments

Where payment is due, it must be made in accordance with the quotation, invoice, booking terms or other written agreement issued by us.

We may require full payment in advance, staged payments, deposits, call-out fees or payment on completion, depending on the service.

We reserve the right to suspend work, withhold attendance, delay scheduling or refuse further services where sums are overdue.

11. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you cancel, postpone or reschedule a service, call-out, booking, survey or attendance, we may charge for time already committed, site visits already undertaken, materials ordered, administrative costs or wasted attendance, where reasonable and where applicable.

Any specific cancellation terms set out in a quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement will also apply.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

Where you are contracting with us as a consumer, any services we provide will be subject to your applicable statutory rights.

13. Website content and reliance

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not a substitute for a site-specific quotation, survey, inspection, scope of works or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

You should not rely on website content alone when making decisions about property, building condition, legal compliance, health and safety or technical works.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, design elements, branding, graphics, logos and original material, is owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

16. Third-party links and content

This website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, maps, videos, social media content or external platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or terms.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that:

  • we are not liable for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control;

  • we are not liable for reliance placed on general website content;

  • we are not liable for delay or failure caused by inaccurate information, lack of access, hidden conditions, third-party delays or customer-side failures; and

  • any liability arising from services will be subject to the terms of the relevant quotation, scope, booking confirmation, invoice or other written agreement.

18. Privacy and cookies

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or your use of the website.

If you are a consumer, you may have the benefit of any mandatory rights that apply in your place of residence.
